I love caramel and have read several articles that tell you it's easy to make. My first attempt was from the Martha Stewart magazine. The candy turned out but tasted really bland. This is my second attempt and it has been a HUGE success! I got the recipe from Liddabit Sweets. I checked the book out from the library and am so happy with the recipes.
